ClearICE Report Utility for BlackICE PC Protection  $39.95

ClearICE  Report Utility is used in conjunction with BlackICE Defender or 
BlackICE PC Protection personal firewall and  intrusion detection system software by 
Internet Security Systems.  

It allows the users of BlackICE easier access to the data in order to more accurately assess the severity of intrusion attempts and report those attempts to the proper authorities.

ClearICE SOHO Edition Report Utility is licensed for use with  BlackICE PC Protection.

ClearICE SOHO Edition includes all of the functionality of ClearICE Personal Edition Report Utility for BlackICE PC Protection and adds the capability of sending email alerts to a pager or other emailed enabled device. It is ideally suited for home office or small networks. 

Business users of ClearICE using BlackICE PC Protection for Servers, must purchase ClearICE Pro which provides monitoring capability for BlackICE for Servers as well as email alerting to network administrators via pager, cell phone or help desk dispatch.

ClearICE Report Utility works with
Windows 9x, Me, NT 4.0, 2000 Pro and XP.

How to Register ClearICE

You MUST purchase ClearICE in order to register the program. Registrations will not be accepted without proper validation of your purchase transaction. 

ClearICE starts with a 30 day evaluation period. If you have purchased the product you MUST complete the registration process in order to remove the 30 day restriction on the program. 

Register by starting ClearICE and clicking on the Register menu.  You will open a window with an entry form for your information. You will see a number in the upper right corner called System Id.  Make note of that number enter your registration information at the following link.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY! July 19, 2004
ClearICE Report Utility Personal Edition has been discontinued. All users of ClearICE Report Utility must upgrade to the ClearICE SOHO Edition at the end of their ClearICE Personal Edition license term.

This action is being taken to unify the ClearICE product line and eliminate confusion regarding licensing issues and which version of ClearICE you should use.

ClearICE Personal Edition users will benefit by upgrading because the ClearICE SOHO Edition contains functionality that is not found in ClearICE Personal Edition. Click on the ClearICE Personal to ClearICE SOHO Edition upgrade link to purchase the upgrade for $14.95.

The ClearICE Report Utility lets users of BlackICE Defender produce reports and provides access to the data created by BlackICE Defender. ClearICE can print out a report on an attacker that BlackICE Defender identifies as a real attack. It shows you the mac address, the name, the IP address, and can send an e-mail notification automatically to the attacker's Internet Service Provider (ISP). ClearICE also provides an interface to several of the popular Whois query tools, such as SmartWhois, NeoTrace, VisualRoute and Windows TraceRt...."
