ClearZone Report Utility will allow you to analyze the ZoneAlarm log file and alert ISPs of malicious activity.

ClearZone Report Utility is used in conjunction with ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro personal firewalls created by Zone Labs. It allows the users of ZoneAlarm easily access the data in order to more accurately assess the severity of intrusion attempts and report those attempts to the proper authorities.

ZoneAlarm is a fine product but what is missing from ZoneAlarm is an interface to the data that it creates to allow the user to understand what is going on.

ClearZone Report Utility was created to meet the needs of the users of ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro in order to support the reporting of data and the notification of the alleged intruder's Internet Service Provider.

How to Register ClearZone

Register by starting ClearZone and clicking on the Register menu. You will open a window with an entry form for your information. You will see a number in the upper right corner called System ID.

Make note of that number and then go to the ClearZone Online Registration Form and entering your registration information.

Please be sure to enter the System Id number that appears in the Registration Window in ClearZone. As soon as I get your registration information I can issue your unlock code.

Several people have asked "Why would you develop an application like ClearZone and charge a fee for it when ZoneAlarm is free?" The short answer is because there is a need for a utility like ClearZone and I am not a "big" company like Zone Labs. I provide quality software at a very reasonable price and back it up with excellent support. Any of the users of ClearICE can certainly testify to the level of support they receive. The reality of life is that we all have to eat and pay the bills. The only vehicle I have to do that is by creating software the people need and selling it. If I were independently wealthy I would not hesitate to give it away.

The fee you pay as users of ClearZone enable me to continue to offer the software tools you need in order to understand the personal firewall and intrusion detection software you are using on your computer.

ClearZone, like it's sister programs ClearICE, and ClearRoute, allows you to see what is happening in the data that is collected by the various "Personal Firewall" software packages available. As I gather more information about the data these programs create I will enhance the Clear family of products in order to keep you, the user, informed about what is being collected and stored on your computer.
