Many of our customers know we provide world class technical support for our software products, but what is not widely known is that we can provide technical support for a wide variety of computer problems. See our customer testimonials web page for more details. If you are having problems with your computer and you need help, or if you have questions regarding how to do a particular task, why not try using our "Paid Technical Support" program. How it works: Email us at Paid Technical Support Request and post a description of your problem in as much detail as you can. The more information you can provide to us the easier it will be for us to help you solve the problem. This will also assist us in determining the appropriate amount of time to schedule for your technical support issue as well as provide us with any information needed in order for us to accurately research your issue. Your charges for technical support will also be based upon this information. Most problems can be solved in an hour or less. IMPORTANT: There is a minimum of a one (1) hour charge.. You will be provided with an issue number, a PayPal payment link and an appointment time to call us at our support telephone number: 559-591-8229. Please be on time for your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, please be sure to let us know via email in order for us to re-schedule your call. This will ensure you will receive the proper amount of time and attention to solve your issue. Late appointments will not be accepted. Our time is as valuable as yours. Missed appointments will NOT be refunded unless you let us know at least >>> 15 minutes <<< prior to the appointment time that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment. This is the only way we can provide quality technical support at a very reasonable price to you. All times will be provided for you in PACIFIC TIME. Our available hours for providing paid technical support are very limited due to our schedule and limited number of personnel available. The cost of the Paid Technical Support Program is $35.00 (US Dollars) per hour. You must complete your payment prior to calling us for your appointment. No technical support will be provided until your payment transaction has cleared our transaction processor unless prior arrangements have been made. We can also provide "Premium Level Support" for customers who wish to have more immediate access for solutions to their computer related issues. Send us an email to request details! We can assist you with all versions of Microsoft Windows, however, due to the advanced support options available in Windows XP we prefer XP over other versions. If you haven't yet upgraded to Windows XP, be sure to ask us about the possibility of upgrading your system. |
