ClearZone receives mention in e-zines. We continue to receive recognition for the development of firewall log analysis tools. We are not the cheapest in the marketplace, however, we are the best!  .

ClearICE is 1 year old today!
Rita and I would like to thank all of the people that have helped to make ClearICE such a success! YOU!

Thanks for all of the suggestions for improvements and your feedback concerning the features that are already in the product.  Without you believing in ClearICE it would not have been possible. The first year has been a lot of fun and certainly an education for all of us!

Sincerely,
Ben & Rita Brady

I received a message in the email today regarding the mention of ClearICE in an upcoming article in Smart Computing magazine. http://www.smartcomputing.com

Apparently the article is on utility software that power users find essential to their day to day computing success.  Be watching for the December issue.

Oct. 18, 2000:
Another ISP has jumped on the ClearICE bandwagon. Roadrunner, the cable broadband internet service provider, has started recommending ClearICE for users of BlackICE Defender as the utility to submit attack reports.

A spokesperson for Roadrunner recently stated: "ClearICE is the best thing to ever happen to BlackICE, which has extremely poor logging formats that we do not accept (we don't accept attachments).

We accept yours, 100%, all of the time. It's ASCII, it's got all of the
info that BlackICE tells you, and its right to the point."

Well it finally happened!  And a LOT sooner than we expected! Today at 6:11 PM PDT Brady & Associates logged our 1,000th registered user of our firewall reporting tools.  Chris G. from PA sent in his registration for ClearICE Report Utility and captured the coveted award of international World Wide Web bragging rights.

Ben E. Brady, in a press release stated "a great deal of our success is due to the alliances created for us by our marketing partner, Digital River. Attaining this level of success in so short a period of time is a direct result of their expertise in recognizing the relationships between various products and coordinating the various organizations in working together for the common benefit of their companies and their installed user bases.  I am very proud of the marketing team we have been working with there.

I would also like to say 'Thank you' to all of our terrific customers. We could not have done it without them!"

Another ISP seems to be recognizing that users of our Firewall Reporting Tools really know their stuff. We received notification today that the AT&T @home helpdesk has been recommending ClearICE to users in order to report their attacks.  We have yet to confirm the report but will be checking it out on Monday.

Sept. 22. 2000:
SBC Internet Services has started recommending ClearICE Report Utility for BlackICE Defender users and ClearZone Report Utility for ZoneAlarm and ZoneAlarm Pro users in order to assist them in a major crackdown on hacking.  When we called to thank them for the recommendation of several customers to this site, the ISPs Policy Department spokesperson told me in a phone call that SBC's various DSL service providers are getting very serious about stopping hacker abuse.

SBC Internet Services does business as Ameritech, Southwestern Bell, Pac-Bell and SNET.

Brady & Associates, LLC announces its alliance with Digital Transit to deliver automatic updates for registered users of their firewall reporting products, ClearICE, ClearZone and ClearRoute.

Digital Transit's new update technology product, Update Studio 1.2, will be incorporated into the next version of ClearICE and ClearZone in the next month or so allowing users of the products to obtain updates to the product without going through the normal "uninstall - reinstall" process that is normally associated with Windows applications. Watch for it in the coming weeks.

Ben E. Brady, spokesman for Brady & Associates said in his recent press release "We are very excited about this technology, especially the ease it will bring to the users of our products.  The people at Digital Transit have been very helpful in assisting us in implementing this technology and we are looking forward to a very long relationship with them."
